Free CDC webinar on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 from 1-2 PM ESTConsiderations for Modifying COVID-19 Prevention Measures in Corrections – to outline newly released CDC guidance for long-term COVID-19 prevention in correctional and detention facilities.

The objectives of this webinar are to describe:

  • Current COVID-19 trends in the US
  • How CDC guidance for fully vaccinated people can be applied to incarcerated people and staff in correctional and detention facilities
  • Factors to consider when deciding how and when to loosen COVID-19 prevention measures in these settings
  • A stepwise approach for developing a long-term COVID-19 prevention plan

This webinar is designed for corrections professionals (including administrators, healthcare providers, custody staff, and professional organizations), public health professionals, correctional researchers, and other partners interested in correctional health.
