CCHP Program Continues to be a Pillar of Patient Care

Certified Correctional Health Professional status was attained by 82 individuals in the first quarter of 2024. Specialty certification was earned by one mental health professional (CCHP-MH), two clinical providers (physician, PA, nurse practitioner – CCHP-CP), and nine registered nurses (CCHP-RN).

“More than ever, facilities and agencies understand that it is people who operationalize the policies and procedures required for effective service delivery. CCHP certification is the best way to ensure teams are on the same page working toward the unified goal of best in care,” says Vice President of Certification Matissa Sammons, MA, CCHP.

The CCHP board of trustees congratulates them all. The certifications were effective April 1, 2024.
