Expedited delivery:
If ordering via the Web, e-mail or fax, call 773-880-1460 to
request expedited delivery and to confirm delivery options. If ordering via mail, send the order form to the

Payment
All orders under $100
must be prepaid. Purchase orders are accepted for orders
of $100 or more, but only from correctional facilities,
their contract providers and other government agencies.
The purchase order number must be provided on the order
form, and the actual PO document must be sent via e-mail, fax or
mail. A $15 processing fee will be added to all orders
to be invoiced.
Discounts
A 10% quantity discount is available for purchases of five or
more of the same item.
Academy of Correctional Health Professionals members receive a
10% discount on purchases except for items that are already
discounted (e.g.,
Standards Reference Sets). This discount is applied only to the
first of any publication; the member discount does not apply to
bulk orders. Your
Academy ID number must be provided on the order form.
Tax-exempt organizations must supply
a copy of the Illinois Department of Revenue tax exempt letter or indicate
the exempt number on the order form.
Product Availability
We will ship all in-stock publications promptly. If a publication
is out of stock when we receive your order, we will create a back order and
notify you. If you cancel a back-ordered item, we will issue a refund
by the same method of payment as your original order (e.g., by
check or by credit to your credit card account).
Return/Refund Policy
Items may be returned within two weeks for a refund. Shipping charges
are not refundable.
Shipping Services
Items must be shipped
to a street address; a PO box is not acceptable.
UPS ground service
Minimum shipping charge: $7
Standards for Health Services only: $7 per copy
Other orders over $70 (includes mixed orders with the Standards): 10% of order subtotal
Expedited shipping services
UPS Next Day: above rate plus $30
UPS 2-day: above rate plus $25
UPS 3-day: above rate plus $15

2. Expedited shipping rates are based on a single-item purchase. Additional shipping charges
will be assessed for orders weighing more than 2 lbs.
