Journal of Correctional Health Care
The Journal of Correctional Health Care is the only national, peer-reviewed scientific journal to address correctional health care topics.
Published quarterly under the direction of editor John R. Miles, MPA, JCHC features original research, case studies, best practices, literature reviews and more to keep correctional health care professionals informed of important trends and developments. Topics addressed include clinical care, health services and support, personnel and staffing, ethical issues, medical records, quality improvement, risk management and medical-legal issues.
Continuing education credits for physicians, nurses, psychologists, CCHPs and others are available through a self-study exam in each issue.
Call for Papers: Interested in contributing an article? Please consult our author guidelines. Authors whose manuscripts are accepted must complete a conflict of interest disclosure form, and will be asked to provide learning objectives and exam questions for NCCHC's continuing education program.
