Academy Member: The Academy of Correctional Health
Professionals is a cosponsor of the Updates Conference. Academy
members save $75 on the registration fee. $290
Nonmember: You need not be a member of the Academy
to attend the Updates Conference. However, if you are not a member
and wish to join, simply sign up using the conference registration
form. $365
One Day: Select the day you wish to attend:
Monday or Tuesday. The one-day fee entitles you to participate in
all events that day. $160
Guest Registration: Guests or spouses of
registered attendees may take advantage of this special
registration, which provides access to all exhibit hall events. Guest registration does not provide access to educational
sessions. $55
To be considered preregistered, your registration
with full payment must be received by May 7. After this date, all
registrations must be processed on site.
Registrants will receive written confirmation by mail; please allow 3
weeks. Due to high volume
of registrations, we cannot fax or e-mail confirmations. Badges and other meeting materials will be distributed
at the Registration Center when you check in. We recommend that
you bring your confirmation letter at check-in.
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations postmarked or received by fax by April 4
will be refunded less a fee of 50%. No refunds will be made for
cancellations after this date.
Delegate substitutions are allowed, but NCCHC must be notified in writing.
Registrants who fail to tend the conference and do not notify NCCHC are responsible for
full payment.
