If you are a conference participant and wish to receive continuing
education credit, you will need to submit the following:
Continuing Education Registration Form. Record your participation in
educational sessions using the continuing education registration
form, which is enclosed with the conference packet you receive when you
check in at the registration center. You may claim only those
hours spent in educational programs.
Conference Evaluation Form. Your conference
materials also include a conference
evaluation form. Use the evaluation form to provide the program
committee with important information to help us plan future
educational programs. You may submit these items on site at the
conclusion of the conference and receive your certificate of
participation immediately. If you prefer, you may send the materials
to the National Commission offices and a certificate will be mailed
to you.

essential resources, including NCCHC publications —
standards for health services, mental health services
and OTPs,
as well as Correctional Health Care Guidelines — along
with valuable titles from reputable
publishers. This also is the place to pick up CCHP items
and Academy apparel. Shipping services are available. |
