Cohost Registration Exclusive Opportunities for NCCHC Conference Hosts

Nearly 2,000 health care professionals will gather in Chicago for the premier conference in correctional health care, and employees of our cohosts are invited to join them at special registration rates. This year's meeting is supported by these prominent institutions:

• Cook County Sheriff’s Office

• DuPage County Sheriff’s Office

• Illinois Department of Corrections

• Illinois Sheriffs' Association

In recognition of that support, NCCHC is offering employees of these institutions the following four options:

Cohost Special: Staff members of cohost organizations are invited to attend the conference at our lowest individual registration rate of $290.

Registration Sharing: Consider sharing your registration with one or even two other staff members if you cannot attend for three days. For example, staff member #1 attends Sunday evening and all day Monday, staff member #2 attends Tuesday and staff member #3 attends Wednesday. The registration sharing rate is $290 (combined). That’s $96 a day—well below the regular one-day rate of $185. With this option, attendees are entitled to full participation in all scheduled educational and networking events, as well as continuing education credit (approximately 6 hours per day), for the day they attend. Each participant must fill out a separate registration form, and the forms must be submitted together.

Volunteers: Cohost personnel who volunteer to work half a day helping with conference activities may attend the rest of the conference at the volunteer rate of $185. Volunteers will be assigned to duties such as monitoring rooms during concurrent sessions, helping with registration and assisting customers at the bookstore.
