the seminar. Academy members save $50 on the registration

Guest Registration:
Guests of registered attendees receive access to the exhibits as
well as all breakfast and luncheon events. Guests may not attend educational sessions
nor
receive continuing education credit. $60
Online registration requires credit card payment. To
pay with a check or purchase order, download this
registration
form or use the form in the
Preliminary
Program. Purchase orders are accepted only from government
agencies and their contractors, and must accompany the registration.
There is a $30 processing fee for purchase orders.
Confirmation of registration will be sent via email.
Please allow two to three weeks for processing. Badges and other
meeting materials will be distributed on site at the registration
desk when you check in.
Cancellations must be made in writing, via fax or
mail.
Cancellations received at NCCHC by June
10
will be refunded less $100. No refunds will be made for cancellations
received after June 10.
Registrants who fail to attend the conference and do
not notify NCCHC headquarters are responsible for full payment.
