Academy Member: The
Academy of Correctional Health Professionals is a cosponsor of the
National Conference. Academy members save $75 on the registration
fee. $150
Guest Registration: Guests or spouses of
registered attendees may take advantage of this special
registration, which provides access to all meal events.
Guest registration does not provide access to educational
sessions. $55

Each registrant will receive written confirmation by mail.
Please allow 3 weeks for processing. Due to high volume of
registrations, we cannot fax or e-mail confirmations. Badges and
other meeting materials will be distributed at the Registration
Center when you check in.
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations postmarked or received by fax by June
15
will be refunded less 50%. No refunds will be made for cancellations
received after this date.
Delegate substitutions are allowed, but NCCHC must be notified
in writing. Registrants who fail to tend the conference and do
not notify NCCHC are responsible for full payment.
