Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing, via fax or mail.

• Cancellations postmarked or received at NCCHC by June 15 will be refunded less 50%

• No refunds will be made for cancellations received after June 15.

Delegate substitutions are allowed, but notification must be made in writing.

Registrants who fail to attend the conference and do not notify NCCHC headquarters are responsible for full payment.
