SCP Member: The
Society of Correctional Physicians is a cosponsor of the
Medical Director Boot Camp. SCP members save 10% on the registration
fee. $225
Each registrant will receive written confirmation by mail.
Please allow 3 weeks for processing. Due to high volume of
registrations, we cannot fax or e-mail confirmations. Badges and
other meeting materials will be distributed at the Registration
Center when you check in.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing, via fax or
mail.
Cancellations received at NCCHC by June
15
will be refunded less 50%. No refunds will be made for cancellations
received after June 15.
Delegate substitutions are allowed, but notification must be
made in writing.
Registrants who fail to tend the conference and do
not notify NCCHC headquarters are responsible for full payment.
